Shipping

Shipping is at cost only. Goods will be sent by TrackPak for your peace of mind (and ours).
Please use your name as a reference when you make your deposit.

We are a small biz. We'd love it if you can use online banking or phone banking to save us from high bank charges - but cheques or manual deposits are fine. When your payment shows in our account we send out the goodies.

Delivery time

It should take 1-3 days for the goods to get to you. If you don't receive your order in that time do let us know so we can track it for you. We don't want "Aunt Flo" getting there before your goodies...
If you need your goods urgently please let us know when you place your order and we can arrange overnight delivery at your cost.

Returns

If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us within a week to discuss the matter, we want you to be happy! You can send unused, unwashed goods back within 2 weeks of purchase to be refunded or you can have a shop credit.
We try to make sure that all our products are in top condition but if your order is faulty then please contact us within a week to arrange return within 2 weeks. We will happily give you a full refund or shop credit.
